Massage school was a natural progression for me after teaching yoga for several years and becoming immersed in the fitness world. I wanted to understand the body in greater depth and I devoured the information presented to me about anatomy and movement. Through massage, my goal is to empower people to care for themselves by sharing what I have learned about the body and how it relates to their experience day to day.

Some people ask me how often they should receive a massage. The best advice I have is that if you can make it happen, a monthly maintenance massage is so beneficial in preventing a problem before it happens.
